Refund Policy

Fees for consultations and legal services are agreed with you in writing before any work begins.

Consultations

• If you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled paid consultation, the fee is refunded in full or the consultation is rescheduled, at your choice.
• If we need to reschedule, you may choose a new time or a full refund.
• Once a consultation has taken place, the consultation fee is not refundable.

Engagements

For ongoing matters, the engagement letter sets out the fee, what it covers, and how unused amounts are handled if the engagement ends early. Court fees and out-of-pocket expenses already paid to third parties cannot be refunded.

How to request a refund

Write to contact@example.com with your name and reference number. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 7–10 working days.
