Injunctions
Temporary and permanent injunctions to prevent dispossession, construction or breach.
An injunction restrains a party from doing something, such as dispossessing you, raising construction or breaching a contract, while the dispute is decided. Temporary injunctions under Order XXXIX CPC require a prima facie case, balance of convenience and irreparable injury.
