Court Marriage
Marriage registration under the Special Marriage Act, 1954.
The Special Marriage Act, 1954 allows any two eligible adults to marry regardless of religion. The couple gives 30 days' notice to the Marriage Officer, after which the marriage is solemnised and registered in the presence of three witnesses.
